The Member to Member working group is the place where members meet to exchange knowledge and experience on topics which are of importance to their day to day insurance business.
It currently has four task forces - or networks - on reinsurance, workers’ compensation insurance, motor claims management and corporate social responsibility which organise, at least once every two years, a seminar, conference or equivalent to exchange best practices on specific themes. The subject of these networks may evolve depending on the needs and requests of members.

Following the very useful workshop on CSR reporting on 14 October 2009, the CSR task force organised a second workshop on "Embedding CSR in your organisation" in Paris on 12 November 2009. The third workshop on "CSR in the rating process" took place on 13 March 2010. Members will find the presentations from these workshops in the relevant meeting folder.
The next CSR workshop will take place in Turin on 23-24 September 2010.
